Face Pause

Face Pause is an app that lets you pause a video or a videogame by simply looking away from the screen. That's right, as soon as you take your eyes off your Android's screen, the active app will pause and start again when you look at your screen again.

Using the settings in Face Pause lets you choose the face detection frequency, by default, every 950 milliseconds, the color of the pause screen, by default blueish, or whether you prefer to choose your back or front camera. You can also display or hide a menu that gives you direct accesses to the pause screen.

In order to use the app on platforms stream videos, the only thing you have to do is tap on the share button once you're inside the video you want to watch, then choose Face Pause. That way, your video will pause when you look away.

Face Pause is a really useful app that lets you pause any app or video in a really quick and comfortable way. This is especially useful when you're watching a TV show or movie using your Android smartphone and you don't want to use your hands.
